一、 使用范围 Application

  适用于（非）金属矿、陶瓷、玻璃、耐火材料、磨料磨具等行业干、湿物料不同粒度的分级和分离。

This product, with function of grading and separating dry and wet material, can be applied in a variety of settings: non-metallic and metallic mineral, ceramics, glass, refractories, abrasives industries etc.

二、 工作原理及技术特点 Working principle and technological features

l 滚筒装置倾斜安装于机架上。电机经减速机与滚筒装置通过联轴器联接在一起，驱动滚筒装置绕其轴线转动。当物料进入滚筒装置后，由于滚筒装置的倾斜与转动，使筛面上的物料翻转与滚动，合格物料(筛下产品)经滚筒底部的出料口排出，不合格物料（筛上产品）经滚筒尾部的排料口排出。

l 由于物料在滚筒内的翻转、滚动，使卡在筛孔中的物料可被弹出，防止筛孔堵塞。

l 结构简单、维护方便、运行平稳，噪音低。

l 筛分筒可封闭，易于密封收尘。

l Roller device is mounted obliquely on the rack. Motor is connected with roller device by reducer and shaft coupling, and the driving roller rotates around its axis. When the material enters the roller device, the roller device tilting and rotating, so the material on the screen surface flip and roll, qualified materials (under the screen mesh) discharge from the outlet that at the bottom of roller; Disqualified materials (on the screen mesh) discharge from tail outlet.

l Due to the material turning and rolling in roller, no material would be blocked in the screen hole.

l Simple structure, convenient maintenance, steady operation, low noise.

l The screening drum can be closed, easy to seal and dustproof.
